Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and NK Kurumsal Teknoloji Çözümleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., Esentepe Mah. Büyükdere Cad. No:199/6, Levent, Şişli, 34394 İstanbul, Türkiye (tax office Zincirlikuyu, tax number 6311026560) (“we”, “us”), the operator of PerfoMetrix (perfometrix.com). By using the service you accept them.
The service
PerfoMetrix produces reports about a website’s performance, passive security indicators and SEO. Reports are automated, informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not a security audit, penetration test or professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may scan any publicly reachable website. Our checks are passive: we load the page and a small set of public files the way a visitor would. You agree not to:
- use the service to overload, disrupt or harass any website or person;
- circumvent scan limits, bot protection or rate limits, or automate scans without our written permission;
- submit URLs that contain other people’s personal data, credentials or secret tokens;
- resell, frame or misrepresent reports as your own independent audit;
- break any law while using the service.
We may refuse scans, limit usage or suspend accounts that break these rules. Site owners can opt out of scanning as described on our bot page.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are sold by Paddle or Lemon Squeezy (whichever processed your purchase), which acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment, taxes and invoices. Prices are shown in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. If you cancel, Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy.
Plan limits (daily scans, history, monitors) are listed on the pricing page and may be adjusted for fair use.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
Intellectual property
The service, its software and our guides belong to us. Your reports are yours to use for your own purposes. Third-party data shown in reports (for example from Google PageSpeed Insights) remains subject to its owners’ terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights that apply where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
